"I called Robert one day, and he was there the next day. I explained my problem and shared what Auto Zone had said was the problem. He listened to me, but when he checked my vehicle, it was totally different than what Auto Zone had said. Robert clearly explained to me what the real issue was and ensured me that he could fix it. Before he changed out any parts, he showed me the new and old parts and pointed to everything on my vehicle so I could see what he had to do. Robert was very friendly and professional and didn't try to rip me off. I would highly recommend him to anyone with vehicle needs."
